Sweet 16 Birthday Celebration!

We’re excited to acknowledge 16 years of selling cargo bikes and e-bikes.Please join us in celebrating Splendid Cycles’ 16th year. We’ll be celebrating our customers, community, and the joys of turning 16!

Here are some of our planned activities (more to come):

All Day (noon-4pm)

  • Food and beverages at the shop.

  • Free commemorative stickers (while supplies last)

  • Meet our community partner, Street Books. Here’s your chance to see one of their library books in person and support their work. Street Books staff will be on hand selling t-shirts, books, and artistic post cards to help raise funds. AND bring a paperback book to donate and receive a free Splendid Cycles pin (while supplies last)!

3:00 pm

Cargo Bike Roll Call. All cargo bikes enthusiasts are welcome. Come show off your cargo bike, chat about cargo bikes, and come see some cool cargo bikes.

4:00 pm

Family-friendly Bike Bingo Ride. Join us on a family-paced bike ride to a park. This one-way ride will start at the shop and end in the Ladd’s Addition area. Grab a bingo card and play for fun prizes. Or just come to socialize and grow community.
