Quality Service
Splendid Cycles has one of the most experienced staffs around. With an average of over 20 years of experience in the bike industry among our staff (a range of 8-37 years) you know you are working with dedicated, skilled, and knowledgeable folks. We take great care in all the repairs and bike assemblies we do and work with the mandate of, “Doing it right is more important than doing it fast.” That doesn’t mean you’ll have too long a wait for your bike but it does mean our mechanics are not pressured to meet quotas that can reduce the quality of work done.
Services offered
We offer service and repairs on cargo bikes and e-bikes equipped with Bosch or Shimano e-assist. We are experts in cargo bike and e-assist systems from Bosch and Shimano. Unfortunately, we are not able to work on bikes with other e-assist systems.
We offer a full range of repair services from simple flat fixes to comprehensive check-ups.
Free diagnostics and firmware updates while the e-assist system is under warranty - good on bikes purchased from Splendid Cycles with normal use.
Free labor on warranty repairs - good on bikes purchased from Splendid Cycles with normal use.
