Splendid Cycles is excited about this bike!

Thank that 20″ wheel – simply brilliant! It gives the bike a lower center-of-gravity, tougher wheels, and a longer wheel base (without extra overall length)  than its 26″ wheel counterparts.  The full 4130 CroMoly frame is nice and stiff too and that all adds up to more stability under load. With a load limit of 350 lbs, for rider and load and Xtracycle accessory compatibility, the EdgeRunner is versatile too.  

We offer six different build options, 2 external drivetrain options with BionX, 2 external drivetrain options without, and 2 internally geared options.. With our partner, BeSpoke Cycle Services, we’ve created a custom Edgerunner BionX battery mount just for the EdgeRunner to place the battery in  the ideal spot. Available only at Splendid Cycles!

All Shimano 3 x 9 drivetrain, Shimano disc brakes, ergonomic grips, Schwalbe tires and Slime tubes.  Set up for comfort, we include a 50 degree bar, a plush seat, and wide platform pedals on each bike. 
Built using the same parts as the EdgeRunner Value but with the electric assist of the 37 Volt BionX PL350.  
You’ll love the smooth shifting on this Deluxe parts option…almost as much as you’ll love the hydraulic disc brakes. Like the Value bike, it’s set up for comfort, but we’ve added our favorite Ergon BioKork grips.
Add an upgraded handlebar, Thomson seat post, and  the zippy 48 Volt BionX SL350 to the EdgeRunner Deluxe and you’ve got one sweet bike.

We’ve personally selected components so these builds are different from the stock bikes offered from Xtracycle. The above prices include a single kickstand,  fenders, pedals,  racks, deck, and bags on each bike. Click on the links above to see detailed spec sheets.
