We do not send emails, newsletters, or snail mail, nor will we sell your personal information.
Your payment and personal information is always safe. No credit card information is stored subsequent to the completion of the sale.
All internet bicycle and tricycle sales are final, sorry. Due to the nature of our product – giant bikes and trikes that require special shipping cartons and handling – we do not offer refunds for internet purchases that have been delivered. If you are not sure if the product is right for you, please call and speak with us prior to submitting an order 503-954-2620.
For items that have not shipped or if you’ve accidentally ordered a bike for delivery in a No-ship area (see shipping policy) we will provide a full refund. In the event you are in a no-ship area, refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon.
What you need to know about bike shipments
First, if you’re buying a Bullitt and are a reasonable travel distance to one of our affiliate dealers, we will not ship to your area, instead we ask you to visit and patronize your local dealer. Currently, No-ship areas include: Seattle, WA; San Francisco Bay Area; Bend, Oregon; and Madison WI. For a full list of affiliate dealers, please visit our website.
Okay, so you’ve checked out our no-ship areas and it doesn’t apply to you…then, be assured we can ship anywhere else in the continental United States. If you are outside the continental USAcontact us directly to inquire if we can ship what you want to where you live.
Time from order to delivery ranges from 4-21 days (most often 7-10 days). Since we custom build each bike, the ebb and flow of backlog varies, as does shipping time. If you need a more precise estimate of delivery, just contact us and we can give you the current shipping and delivery timeframe for your area.
We ship all complete bikes fully assembled in our jumbo shipping carton measuring approximately 104L” x 24”W x 46”W; framesets are shipped in a slightly smaller, but still large, 74”L x 20”W x 30”H carton. Once the packing material has been removed the bike is literally ready to ride out of the box. All you’ll need to do is recycle the cardboard, or help the kids make an awesome playhouse!
All bikes, whether framesets or complete bikes, are too large to ship with package carriers (UPS/FedEx) so we’ll ship to you using a freight carrier. Yup, that means a semi will be pulling up to your door to unload. No worries though, the boxes are not heavy, just big, and usually only require 2 people to unload. But, it does mean that you are required to be present at your shipping address when the bike arrives. We’ll provide you with tracking information once your bike ships so you can track your bike as it heads to its new home.
…And on accessory-only shipments
For accessory-only purchases, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Once your order is processed, we will confirm and prepare your order for shipping. We ship on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, excluding holidays and shop vacation closures.
If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. If you’re really stressing about when it will arrive, just email us and ask for tracking information for your order.
A few words about (no) sales tax
PLEASE NOTE: We’re located in Oregon where you can’t pump your own gas, but there’s also NO SALES TAX here. So, sales tax WILL NOT be charged on either your bike or accessory orders. However, you are responsible for knowing and complying with the sales tax requirements for internet purchases in your state.
